Service Visits
We provide Service Visits to your property, offering anything else that makes your life easier when you're not available to drop by yourself. The extras we provide can be seen here, but if there is something else you require, we are very flexible- just ask!
All we ask for is at least 24hrs notice of a Service Visit
Fire Guidance Compliance
We keep your holiday home compliant with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the new guidance in force from 1st October 2023.
- We arrange your Fire Risk Assessment through our partnership with a local, experienced and fully qualified Fire Safety company. This should then be reviewed annually. Please contact us to book.
- We carry out the required checks at your property, monthly and between guests. See here what these checks consist of.
- We provide a personalised Fire Log Book
Packages are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime. Payment for Service Visits, Fire Log Books and Fire Compliance Visits required within 7 days of invoice. Keyholder services, property checks, service visits, fire risk assessments, fire checks and logs, second home management, emergency response 24/7. Based in Hunstanton, Norfolk.
